Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Canada-wide only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been submitted for processing.

Pet Post Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages
